*Synopsis from Good Reads*:

"Fallon meets Ben, an aspiring novelist, the day before her scheduled cross-country move. Their untimely attraction leads them to spend Fallon’s last day in L.A. together, and her eventful life becomes the creative inspiration Ben has always sought for his novel. Over time and amidst the various relationships and tribulations of their own separate lives, they continue to meet on the same date every year. Until one day Fallon becomes unsure if Ben has been telling her the truth or fabricating a perfect reality for the sake of the ultimate plot twist. Can Ben’s relationship with Fallon—and simultaneously his novel—be considered a love story if it ends in heartbreak? Beloved #1 New York Times bestselling author Colleen Hoover returns with an unforgettable love story between a writer and his unexpected muse."

THIS. BOOK. My emotions were ALL over the place between being sad and angry the most! Hoover does it again in the best way of course. I never wanted to put the book down! Her writing and storytelling hooked me instantly from the beginning and kept my attention from start to finish. This story is told from Ben and Fallon's first-person narrative and I loved how Hoover made both narratives flow so well together. I liked the breakdown of each year on the same day (1st November, 2nd November, and so forth) to keep track of which November they reunite on, and the connecting story that brings everything together as a whole is remarkably done. It is a great page-turner! I kept reaching for my kindle and managed to finish the rest of the book in one sitting! These kind of books are my favorite and it deserves all the recognition! A five-star read for sure!

Colleen Hoover has become a popular author and I can see why! This is the second book of hers that I've read and I like this one a lot more than It Ends With Us. You cannot go wrong with any book by her and I believe once you read one of her books, you're going to keep wanting more! Everyone should give this book a chance but I recommend it to those who enjoy romance, new adult fiction, and for those who are looking to get into this author or genre for the very first time.
